Unboxing

This 3.5-hour workshop is an invitation to explore energy, awareness,  embodied expression, and play!
Blending chi kung, martial arts principles, acting exercises, and ecstatic free-form dance, we will create a safe, supportive container for experimentation and authentic expression.


 

• Martial arts principles such as grounding, yielding, spirals, and the interplay of power and softness will help us break habitual movement patterns and discover new ways of moving through space.
   

• Acting exercises will engage our imagination, impulse, and intention, inviting participants to engage with different qualities of energy and reveal new layers of expression.

Class size is limited.
No prior experience needed.
